Maize Grits

Degerminated yellow corn, ground to form a coarse meal (flour-free), conforming to particle size specifications with no chemical additives or preservatives. Corn grits are low in fiber and contain less than 1% fat.

They are widely used in extruded snacks, breakfast cereals, ready-to-cook foods, and brewing industries.
The finer grades are ideal for snack pellets, baked goods, dressings, muffins, and bakery blends.
